Kathy Marchione, Republican-Conservative candidate for New York State Senate in the 43rd district, today announced that she has received the endorsements of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association (NYSRPA). NYSRPA is the state’s largest and the nation’s oldest 2nd Amendment-rights organization.
“The NRA and NYSRPA have been tireless champions of our 2nd Amendment rights and I’m honored to have their support. As Senator, I will continue to stand up for the rights of law-abiding citizens to exercise their constitutional right to keep and bear arms,” said Marchione.
The endorsements follow Marchione receiving an “A” rating from NYSRPA, a reflection of her record of standing up for law-abiding gun owners as Saratoga County Clerk. Marchione herself has a pistol permit and was previously endorsed by Gun Owners of America.
